Founder introduction

Vinod is a health educator with completed studies in homeopathy (BHMS) and practical training in Ayurveda lifestyle practices, yoga and natural health approaches.

His work focuses on helping people understand fundamental principles of health so they can adopt sustainable daily habits.

Founder story

Vinod’s interest in natural health began through his own health challenges. During his student years he experienced mild vision issues and general health fluctuations. While studying homeopathy (BHMS) he also began exploring traditional health practices from Ayurveda and yoga.

In 2021 he started practicing Jal Neti, a classical yogic cleansing technique described in the Yoga tradition. Practicing it consistently for several months, along with daily yoga, pranayama and seasonal dietary discipline, brought noticeable improvements in his breathing clarity, mental focus and overall wellbeing.

This personal transformation inspired him to explore deeper principles of natural health and lifestyle science. Over the years he has continued studying Ayurveda lifestyle practices, yogic routines and traditional preventive health systems.

Through webinars and workshops he now shares practical methods that help people understand how daily habits influence their physical, mental and intellectual health.
